• Each custom coffee mug holds 11 oz. Weighs 0.96 lbs.
• Measures 9 cm (3.5") height x 8 cm (3.15") diameter x 12.8 cm (5") wide including the handle
• Mug handle measures 7.3 cm (2.87") height x 4 cm (1.57") wide. Made of porcelain
• Your photo, logo, or finished artwork reaches the top and bottom of the mug
• Colors are fade-resistant. For designs with 1 to 3 colors, these coffee mugs are dishwasher-safe
• Due to the printing set, there is a minimum order of 150 pieces
• These personalized full-color coffee mugs are imported from China



Set-Up Fees and Artwork

• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Our preferred format is a vector-based design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized coffee mug that has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please be sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
