Set-up Fees and Artwork Details


• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Personalized USB flash drives in a custom color case is also available (Additional charge applies)

  • The USB flash drive style, interface, and capacity;
  • The Pantone color code of the custom-colored case;
  • Your logo or finished artwork; and,
  • The number of pieces of custom flash drives that you need

• By default, these custom USB flash drives are individually packaged in poly bags
• Tin boxes, blister packaging, or paper gift boxes are also available (Sold and packaged separately)
• Due to the different size and weight of each gift box style, additional charge for optional gift boxes will be added separately. Please message us to upgrade your order with your choice of a custom USB flash drive gift box.

These personalized USB flash drives are custom printed to your order and their functionality is tested before ship out. Refunds and exchanges are not available for this item.

Our custom printed USB flash drives are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any custom flash drive, which has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please be sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
