Our personalized cherry blossom silk fans are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund, we are unable to replace any personalized cherry blossom silk fan, which has been broken damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order extra pieces to cover additional guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
